Buffalo burrata 125g in plastic tub

 Fresh and stretched cheese manufactured with pasteurized buffalo milk, buffalo stripes and buffalo milk cream, salt, rennet. White porcelain color cheese, with an elastic consistency. Its taste is fresh and enriched with the powerful sweetness of the buffalo cream which comes out each bite. The aroma is characteristic. Spherical cheese, locked by hand and packed with its preserving brine into 125g plastic tub with closing lid on top. To be stored and handled it must be kept refrigerated at a temperature of +8°C.

Buffalo butter 125g

 The buffalo butter is made of pasteurized whey buffalo’s cream through the churning process. It’s a product dry, spreadable with fine aroma and a distinctive flavor. The color is very light as buffalo milk does not contain carotenoids. The storage and transport of the product must be at a controlled temperature of +6 ° C.

Buffalo ricotta in 1 kg plastic tub

 Milk product obtained by the acid/heat coagulation of buffalo whey deriving from the production of buffalo mozzarella. This product has a porcelain white colour. Its consistency is soft, homogeneous and not grainy. It is delicate and slightly salty without external tastes. Stocking and transport of the product need to be effected at a temperature of +4 °C.
