Fattorie Garofalo is a third-generation family owned business founded in 1962. Today, with over 10,000,000 kg per year, Fattorie Garofalo is worldwide leader in the production of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO.

Using modern technologies and innovative production processes, the company maintains the same quality as in the past. In compliance with food control and safety standards, genuine and healthy products are always guaranteed.

Fattorie Garofalo carefully controls every step of the supply and production chain: from cattle breeding and rearing, to collecting fresh milk with its trucks every day and to finally producing and trading the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO, the authentic mozzarella cheese made from water buffalo milk.

Garofalo company is fully committed to sustainability and protecting the environment, using mainly green energy, produced by photovoltaic systems and biogas plant installed in its farms. 

The company's quality driven approach is built on excellence and on high standards (such as the BRC/IFS food certifications), backed by a team of highly specialised personnel who take good care of farms and animal wellness, of restaurants and food retails.
