Tradizione Italiana Italiana Italian Food Tradition represents the Italian way of life in all of its shade: 9 affiliated companies of Tradizione Italiana will be in Cologne to take part in “Anuga 2021”, the biggest exhibition of the current year dedicated to the food industry and hospitality, finally live post Covid era.
A topic and unfailing appointment for the Consortium Tradizione Italiana that will show its presence with 400 sqm booth in the Culinary Concept Hall n° 7.1., but also with other 2 flag booths in hall 10.1 G10 with Fattorie Garofalo and in Hall 4.1 with Fresystem (Cupiello) and Gias, to underline the variety of products that it can offer.
The consortium represents a turnover of € 3 billion, of which 40% is generated abroad, but the intention of the founding members is to grow more and more, thanks to the ongoing entrance of companies from all over Italy faithful to the Italian food tradition and constantly involved in strengthening their presence on international markets.
The Italian Food Tradition’s mission is to promote Italian high quality food on foreign markets and support member companies in the sale of their products through the retail channel as well as in cafés, restaurants and hotels.
Its products portfolio offers a wide range of specialties representing the finest of the Italian food tradition: from pasta and rice to flour and canned tomatoes, from olive oil to balsamic vinegar, from mozzarella to meat , from pickels to salads and frozen vegetables, from coffee to a variety of beverages, from frozen pastry to bakery products, dried fruits, chocolate and wine.
